Websites and tools for the way your business works
I’m Rosli, an independent designer-developer in Malaysia. I design and build business websites, custom web applications, booking systems and automation. Some projects need a clear place to show what they offer. Others need a tool behind the website to help the team manage the work.
We start with what you want to improve, then decide what belongs in the build.
Website design with a useful next step
Your website should help a customer understand the business and know what to do next. That could mean browsing your products, comparing packages, finding a branch or starting an enquiry.
For Knitdles, I built a WhatsApp-first storefront for made-to-order crochet. Customers can see product details and ordering guidance before they get in touch. Product-specific links carry the item and price into their enquiry. It is conversation-led ordering, not an on-site checkout.
The website should fit that distinction, rather than offer a shopping flow the business does not use.
Custom web apps and booking systems
A booking system for a small business in Malaysia needs to account for how bookings actually arrive. A website enquiry may sit alongside a WhatsApp message or telephone call. Your team still needs to know what has been confirmed.
For Pulau Chekas, the guest website sits alongside Buku Lejar, a booking-management app. The ledger brings website enquiries and manually entered bookings into one interface. It includes booking status, deposit tracking, separate staff access and a record of changes.
Staff confirmation remains part of the process. This is not a promise of instant availability or automatic payment processing. For your project, we would agree which steps need a tool and which decisions stay with your team.
Automation and WhatsApp-friendly flows
Automation can support an existing routine without removing the checks that matter. For EuroTechnic Autowerks, a scheduled workflow collects workshop photographs from branch Facebook pages. Duplicate checks, content review and image preparation sit between collection and publication in the website gallery.
If you are looking for WhatsApp automation in Malaysia, we should first separate a helpful enquiry flow from an automatic reply system. A pre-filled message can give a conversation context; it does not confirm an order or replace your staff. The right scope depends on the task you need help with.
Who I work with
My work includes homestays, workshops, handmade businesses and catering. I also build my own products, including Kendurilah, a directory where customers browse local vendors and contact them directly on WhatsApp.
You may need a first website, a clearer ordering journey or less repetitive work behind the scenes. Bring the problem, even if you have not decided what to build.
How we work together
First, we talk about the business and what you want to improve. Then we agree a clear scope: a website, a custom tool, automation or a combination. Design and development follow that purpose. If ongoing updates are needed, we include them in the scope.
If you are comparing website design prices in Malaysia, start by defining the work. A product catalogue and a staff booking ledger are different projects. Tell me what customers and staff need to do so we can discuss the scope before discussing cost.
Tell me what you have in mind
Contact me on WhatsApp. Share your current website, if you have one, and the task you want to make clearer. A conversation, not a commitment.
